Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Red Bluff, CA. We were so grateful having John Russo handle the sale of our elder mothers property. To this day, I have not met John (my brother did after John got an offer/acceptance on the property). We live in Arkansas and found him (along with other realtors) on Zillow. Based on Zillow reviews, we contacted three realtors in the area to give us price quotes, and John was by far the most responsive. John always replied to us quickly with questions, he really promoted the property well. He was incredibly easy to work with in what was an incredibly complex sale (underwater, two liens, etc.). My mother was very comfortable with John and liked him a lot. I can highly recommend John, and I would use John Russo again in a "heartbeat" if we had any more land to sell in California. Thank you, John!!!

Within only a few days we had an accepted offer.John is not your average real estate agent. He defines PROFESSIONAL and I would HIGHLY recommend him for all of your real estate needs. Sold a Single Family home in 2014 in Oroville, CA. I spoke with John in late December regarding the sale of my mother-in-law's home. We made arrangements for him to see the property on January 11th. That afternoon we gave John the go ahead to list the property for the full appraised value. On the 15th we received a call from John that we had a full price cash offer on the home. The escrow closed on January 22nd. We couldn't be more pleased with the way John handled this sale - keeping in touch with us every step of the way - making sure we were fully informed of what was taking place. We highly recommend John Russo to anyone looking to sell or buy property in the Oroville/Chico area
Sold a home in 2014 in Bend, Paynes Creek, CA 96080. With only one other time in my 59yrs of trying to sell a house that left me to say the least highly disappointed. The thought of ever going through the process again, left me saying to myself NEVER. So when it came time to sell our rental that had been my home for 35 years, I remembered a letter he had sent me and at the time i thought well i have heard these things before but John truly was genuine and came through on everything he is a great agent and i would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell he really worked hard for us.
